Stockist Terms & Conditions
Who We Partner With
We work with selected boutiques and retailers whose style and customer experience align with the PaulaB Jewellery & Accessories brand.
Wholesale Pricing
- Wholesale discount: 40% off retail price
- All wholesale prices are in AUD
- Recommended retail prices (RRP) are provided for brand consistency
- Prices may change depending on materials and availability but will always be confirmed before payment
Minimum Order Requirements
- Opening order minimum: $300 AUD
- Reorder minimum: $150 AUD
Payment Terms
- Payment is required before dispatch
- Accepted methods: bank transfer, credit/debit card
- Orders are confirmed once payment is received
Shipping & Dispatch
- Orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia
- Shipping is charged at cost
- Dispatch time: 1–2 business days
- Tracking details will be provided once shipped
Quality & Faults
- All items are quality checked before dispatch
- Any genuine manufacturing faults must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order
- Approved faulty items will be replaced or credited
Returns & Change of Mind
- We do not accept returns for change of mind or unsold stock
- Faulty items will be assessed and replaced if eligible
Online Selling Policy
- Products must be listed under the PaulaB Jewellery & Accessories brand
- Selling on third-party marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, etc.) requires written approval
Brand & Image Use
- Approved product and lifestyle images can be supplied
- Images and branding must not be edited or altered without permission
- PaulaB logos and assets remain the property of PaulaB Jewellery & Accessories
